Marian B. Tasco
Marian B. Tasco is a Democratic politician, formerly the Councilwoman representing the Ninth District on the City Council of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In January 2015, Tasco announced she was retiring from City Council at the end of her term.[1] She left office at the end of her term in January 2016.
Political career
City Council tenure
Tasco was elected to the seat in 1987, defeating two other challengers in the Democratic primary, after incumbent Democratic Councilman John White resigned from the council that January.[2]
Ward leader
Tasco is the Ward Leader of the 50th Ward Democratic Executive Committee.[3]
