Marcela Costales

Laura Marcela Costales Peñaherrera (24 October 1951 – 26 June 2020) was an Ecuadorian historian and politician.[1] She was vice-prefect of Pichincha Province between 2009 and 2019.[2][3] In 2017 she developed the SOS Mujeres Pichincha project. Between 2006 and 2018 she was a member of the political party PAIS Alliance.[4]
