Manuel López Villarreal
Manuel Ignacio López Villarreal (born 20 October 1958) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party. As of 2014 he served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress as a plurinominal representative. He also was Mayor of Saltillo from 1997 to 1999.[1]
