Manuel Coronel Kautz
Manuel Coronel Kautz is Nicaragua's current (as of December 2007) vice minister of foreign relations[1] and the head authority of the Nicaragua Great Canal project, currently the worst initiative imposed by the dictators, Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo. The project means the expropriation of the land of thousands of farmers across Nicaragua who refuse to give up their land. Ortega's answer, with Mr. Kautz approval, has been imprisoning and murdering anyone who dared to oppose the project[2]. Manuel Coronel Kautz was formerly a sub secretary of the Agrarian Reform Institute between 1980 and 1989. He is the son of deceased poet and author José Coronel Urtecho and has a twin brother Ricardo.
