He held Head Coach positions for a number of historic teams in both the Men's and Women's professional leagues in Greece, including Panellinios (1999-2005)[4] which he guided back to Greek Division A1 from Division C and Sporting B.C. (1992-1997).[4]

Manouselis is renowned in Greek professional basketball circles for his ability to turn teams around to qualify for the next higher division (or level) of competition within the league, as is underscored by being honoured as an 11-Time League Coach of the Year Award winner.[11]
In March 2017 he joined one of the largest sports organizations in the Middle East, Qatar's AL SADD,[12] he currently serves as the Head Coach of the Basketball Team[13] and remains member of the Greek NBT's Coaching Staff.
