Makoto Uchida

Makoto Uchida (内田 誠, Uchida Makoto) is the current head of Sega Shanghai R&D. He has produced and directed arcade games at AM1 and WOW Entertainment from 1988 onwards. This includes Altered Beast, Golden Axe, Alien Storm, Wing War, the Dynamite Deka series and Alien Front. Since 2002, he has been managing the Chinese division at Sega, called Sega Shanghai R&D, providing development support for a variety of Sega titles.[1]
