Mabel Berezin

Mabel Berezin is a Professor of sociologist at the Department of Sociology at Cornell University. She received her PhD in Sociology from Harvard University in 1987. Her main work is at the intersection of cultural and political sociology. She has previously taught at the University of Pennsylvania and UCLA. Her work includes Making the Fascist Self: : The Political Culture of Interwar Italy, Illiberal Politics in Neoliberal Times: Culture, Society and Populism in the New Europe and (co-ed.), Europe without Borders: Remapping territory, Citizenship, and Identity in a Transnational Age.[1]
