Maavaarulaa Airport, or Maavarulu Airport (IATA: RUL, ICAO: VRQM) is a domestic airport located on Maavaarulu, one of the islands of the Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll in Maldives. The airport is located 9.0 kilometres (4.9 NM) south of Gadhdhoo Test Flight Landed at Maavarulu Airport on 11 March 2020 at 11:11 AM. Scheduled Flights are expected to start on 4th July 2020. This airport was opened under President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih administration in 2020
