Luke Wagner

Luke Wagner (born 1962) is a painter and framer based in Hobart, Tasmania. Wagner's landscapes capture Tasmania's evocative terrain. Wagner usually chooses to paint changed Tasmanian scenery, typically pastoral scenes or gardens, but his work echoes the elemental whispers of his islands. Wagner is a self-taught painter who composes from memory in his self-designed studio in the Tasmanian bush.
