Loxley Pacific

Loxley Pacific Company Limited is a Thai internet company.

It has been described in 2004 as "one of Thailand's leading telecommunications firms" .[1]

Together with Korean Post and Telecommunications Corporation it forms Start JV, a joint-venture that provides internet connection to North Korea.[2]
