LowRISC
LowRISC is a non-profit open hardware organization that aims to develop open hardware.[1] As of 2018, the LowRISC system on a chip was still in development.[2] LowRISC is intended to be a RISC-V 64-bit SoC that can run Linux, but it lacks a GPU.[3] The non-profit is being led by Robert Mullins, based in UK, and receives support from the University of Cambridge.
