This page is a complete chronological listing of WAFL Women's premiers. WAFL Women's (WAFLW) is the major state-level women's Australian rules football league in Western Australia. East Fremantle has won the most premierships with one, having won the inaugural premiership in 2019. Swan Districts is the only other club to have reached a grand final.
