Lisa den Braber

Lisa den Braber (born 13 September 1992) is a Dutch Paralympic swimmer. She represented the Netherlands at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, United Kingdom and at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.[1][2]

In this Dutch name, the family name is den Braber, not Braber.

Career

At the 2009 IPC Swimming European Championships she won the gold medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB7 event.

At the 2012 Summer Paralympics she won the bronze medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB7 event and at the 2016 Summer Paralympics she also won the bronze medal in that event.[1][3]

At the 2013 IPC Swimming World Championships she won the silver medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB7 event.

At the 2014 IPC Swimming European Championships she won the bronze medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB7 event and in the women's 400 metre freestyle S8 event.

At the 2015 IPC Swimming World Championships she won the silver medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB7 event.

Sometimes you actually need to spend time thinking about clever algorithms to do a thing, or how to make your thing go faster, or why your code mysteriously doesn't work, which is harder.

gollark: Any particular improvement might not work, but I would be *very very surprised* if people several hundred years ago just happened to stumble on the optimal court system.
