Lironne Bar-Sade

Lironne Bar-Sade has been the Israeli Ambassador to Latvia since 2015. She replaced Hagit Ben-Yaakov.[1]

Biography

Bar-Sade was born April 29, 1959 in what was then Rhodesia and emigrated to Israel in 1961. She earned a bachelor's degree in Hebrew and English Literature (1983) and master's degree in Jewish literature (1985) from Hebrew University and Cadets' Course at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1992.[1]

Bar-Sade held several positions before joining the Foreign Service including working as an Editor at KANAH Publications.[1]
