"Lipstick Promises" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist George Ducas. It was released in November 1994 as the second single from his debut album George Ducas. The song reached number 9 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in April 1995.[1] Ducas wrote this song with Tia Sillers.
