Ling Liu (computer scientist)

Ling Liu from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for contributions to scalable Internet data management and decentralized trust management.
