Levani Gvazava (born 8 July 1980 in Nojikhevi, Khobi District, Georgian SSR) is a Georgian footballer, with Russian citizenship. He plays for FC Ararat-2 Moscow.

Club
On 1 September 2014, Gvazava signed a one-year contract with Anzhi Makhachkala.[1]
