Letitia H. Erb
Letitia Harriet "Tish" Frizzell Erb (January 19, 1895 - January 17, 1978) was a chamber of commerce executive and postmaster of Lewiston, Idaho.
Biography
Letitia Harriet "Tish" Frizzell was born in Wapello, Iowa, on January 19, 1895, the daughter of F.M. Frizzell.[1]
She moved to Idaho in 1903 and lived at Lewiston, Idaho. She married Fred Charles Erb (1894-1937).[1]
She was the secretary of the Lewiston Commercial Club. She was interested in Chamber of Commerce work and community building problems; at one time she was engaged in daily newspaper work.[1]
She was a member of the Lewiston Business and Professional Women's Club.[1]
In the census of 1940 she is living with her sister, Anna M. Pinch, and this latter husband, William E. Pinch.[2]
On April 28, 1949, she was named postmaster of Lewiston, Idaho, replacing C.J. Breier, Jr.[3]
She died on January 17, 1978, and is buried at Normal Hill Cemetery, Lewiston.
