Lepidoblepharis microlepis is a species of gecko, a lizard in the family Sphaerodactylidae. The species is endemic to Colombia.

L. microlepis is found in Valle del Cauca Department, Colombia.[2]
Reproduction
L. microlepis is oviparous.[2]
