Lecithocera barbata
Lecithocera barbata is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Meyrick in 1933. It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Orientale).[1][2]

The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are dark purple-grey with a semi-oval pale ochreous-yellow spot on the costa about two-thirds. The hindwings are grey.[3]
