Laricobius nigrinus
Laricobius nigrinus is a species of tooth-necked fungus beetle in the family Derodontidae.[1][2][3][4] It is found in North America.[1]

It is being studied as a biological control agent for the hemlock woolly adelgid, as the larvae feed on overwintering adelgids.[5]
