Language island

A language island is an exclave of a language that is surrounded by one or more different languages.[1]

Examples of language islands:

gollark: Linux good windows bad ææææ utilize arch.
gollark: Those aren't real, of course.
gollark: Yes, except for basically all major server platforms?
gollark: I think this is a you problem.
gollark: My laptop runs it, and so do all my servers.
