Kotluchino (Russian: Котлучино) is a rural locality (a selo) in Nebylovskoye Rural Settlement, Yuryev-Polsky District, Vladimir Oblast, Russia. The population was 20 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.

It is located on the Kuftiga River, 7 km south from Nebyloye, 34 km south-east from Yuryev-Polsky.
