Kokusai himitsu keisatsu: Kayaku no taru (国際秘密警察 火薬の樽, International Secret Police: Keg Of Gunpowder), also known as Keg Of Gunpowder is a 1964 Japanese comedy-spy film directed by Takashi Tsuboshima. It was the third installment of the "Kokusai himitsu keisatsu" series, a James Bond parody series.

Plot

A international criminal-terrorist organization called the World Union Alliance (WUA) has a plan to kidnapped Professor Tatsuno who had just finishing up a blueprint remote controller called the Zeta-Line, a device that can detonated all atomic bombs from different counties and plans to take over the world through fanaticism and violence. Other countries were worried about a nuclear crisis and send Jiro Kitami from Paris to investigate, teaming up with police detective, Inspector Yagyu. However, head of WUA and Nazism Hayato Kuroki hired a former Nazi scientist Dr. Wagen, President of Finances Asai Zenjiro and hitman killer Sakurao Goda to start his operation.

Although they captured Tatsuno, but they lacked the essential project transmission part. Knowing about this, they also kidnapped his daughter Kayo to forced Tatsuno where the rest of the Zeta parts. Furthermore, Jiro was invited by Rumi, a member of the WUA teams and he fell unconscious after she kissed him with an anesthesia pill. Waiting for his body to be recover at the hospital, Jiro continued to searched the sound wave recover that was in Kayo’s ring.

He and Yagyu managed to find the location of WUA headquarters to rescue them and retrieved the blueprints. However, they failed to freed them and ended up getting captured by WUA henchmen. On the contrary, the rest of the Zeta-Line drawings were taken away. The Earth, carrying a large number of nuclear bombs, is now like a “Keg Of Gunpowder”. They chose the super limited express “Hikari-go” as the experiment material and to installed a reversal device, which destroying the WUA hideout who were ready for mass destruction.

Knowing this, Jiro and Yagyu managed to escape the dungeon by using the cream acid to melt the corrodes iron. During the fight with Kuroki’s goons, Rumi supported Jiro for some time and decided to joined him. They defeated Dr. Wagen and his soldiers in a gunfight and escape the basement. Rumi set up explosive charges underground and the machines. Together with the professor and his daughter, they escaped to the hill top as the hideout exploded, killing Kuroki and other members inside.
