Kohima Ao Baptist Church

Kohima Ao Baptist Church is a church located in Kohima, Nagaland.[2] KABA was one of the first Ao churches established outside the Ao region. The church serves the main church building of the Aos residing in Kohima.[3]

History and overview

The Kohima Ao Baptist Church was established in the year 1939. Dismantling of the old church building began on 1 April 2011 and a new building was dedicated on 28 April 2019. Today the church has a total membership of 8400 with several sectoral fellowships across the city.[4]
