Synopsis

Kkondae Intern is an office comedy that depicts a man's delightful revenge on his previous boss who is also the worst manager.

Ka Yeol-chan (Park Hae-jin) had a bad internship experience because of a nasty and an overbearing boss. He quits his job and starts working in a ramen company. With his sheer hard work, he develops a chicken noodle which becomes a top product and gets elevated to the position of a general manager.

Lee Man-sik (Kim Eung-soo) is a manager at Ongol Ramen Department, and has a reputation as a "terror senior".

After 30 years in the company, he loses hope of being promoted to an executive position before retirement. So he takes and passes the Senior Internship at Junsu Food.

A reversal of fate occurs and now Lee Man-sik starts working as an intern at the same company and is assigned under Ka Yeol-chan.[4][5]

Notes

  1. In order to circumvent Korean laws that prevent commercial breaks in the middle of an episode, what would previously have been aired as single 70 minute episodes are now being repackaged as two 35 minute episodes, with two episodes being shown each night with a commercial break between the two.[1]
  2. Due to some ratings not recorded, the exact average rating is unknown.
gollark: Removing unusable lines from consideration might be good, yes.
gollark: The current time is fine. It just needs to be able to do more searching, to be actually smart.
gollark: It can search to depth 2 in a few deciseconds.
gollark: For a game which is meant to run in users' browsers.
gollark: Yes, let me just buy an extremely expensive recent server CPU just so I can acquire AVX-512.
