Kimberly Kimble

Kimberly Kimble more commonly called Kim Kimble (born December 24, 1971)[1] is a celebrity American hair stylist originally from Chicago, Illinois.[2] She is most recognized for her starring role work on WE tv's L.A. Hair.[3] Some of her celebrity clientele include Beyoncé,[4][5] Brandy Norwood, Kelly Rowland, Nicki Minaj, and Mary J. Blige, Halle Berry,[2] and Shakira.[6]

Early life

As a child, Kimble played with cut-out magazine pictures and paper dolls.[5] Kimble stated, "I was into fashion and beauty and showing my creative side from the age of 2 or 3. Because my mom worked all the time, I was alone a lot but I want to say that I'm so glad for that because I knew at a young age what I wanted to do."[5] After finishing beauty school, she worked at her mother's salon. Kimble is a third generation hair stylist in her family.[7][8]

Career

Kimble's celebrity hair-styling career really got started with Halle Berry when Berry was filming B*A*P*S[8][9] She has had her techniques and innovative stylings featured internationally in Vanity Fair, Essence, Glamour, and Vogue.[7]

In 2012 Kimble began filming the reality television series L.A. Hair. The show debuted May 31, 2012, and is currently filming its fifth season which is debuting in January 2017.

gollark: See, it's important to recognize that distinction.
gollark: What do you mean you "perceive" time as discrete? You mean you *arbitrarily think so*, or what?
gollark: Quite a lot.
gollark: > The Planck time is the unique combination of the gravitational constant G, the special-relativistic constant c, and the quantum constant ħ, to produce a constant with dimension of time. Because the Planck time comes from dimensional analysis, which ignores constant factors, there is no reason to believe that exactly one unit of Planck time has any special physical significance. Rather, the Planck time represents a rough time scale at which quantum gravitational effects are likely to become important. This essentially means that while smaller units of time can exist, they are so small their effect on our existence is negligible. The nature of those effects, and the exact time scale at which they would occur, would need to be derived from an actual theory of quantum gravity.
