Kentucky Route 391
Kentucky Route 391 (KY 391) is a 2.872-mile-long (4.622 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects rural areas of Hardin County with Vine Grove.

Route description
KY 391 begins at an intersection with KY 1600 (Rineyville Road) southwest of Vine Grove, in the north-central part of Hardin County. It travels to the northeast, curves to the north-northeast, and enters Vine Grove. It curves to the east-northeast and crosses over Otter Creek. It curves to the north and passes Saint Brigid Cemetery and Lincoln Trail Country Club before curving back to the east-northeast. It turns left, to the north-northwest, onto High Street. At Brown Street, the highway turns right, to the east-northeast. It turns left, back to the north-northwest, onto Church Street. Two blocks later, it meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 144/KY 1500 (West Main Street).[1]
