Kentucky Route 373 (KY 373) is a 3.623-mile long (5.831 km) state highway in Lyon County, Kentucky, that runs from U.S. Route 62, U.S. Route 641, and Kentucky Route 93 on the Eddyville-Kuttawa city line southwest of Eddyville to Kentucky Route 1943 and Joe Peek Road northwest of Eddyville.
