Route description

KY 335 begins near the local Dairy Queen at a junction with U.S. Route 31W (US 31W) on the north side of Cave City in Barren County around a half of a mile (0.8 km) south of the Caverna High School. KY 335 enters Hart County to run concurrently with KY 218 on the west side of Horse Cave. KY 335 departs KY 218 at a turn just short of Interstate 65 (I-65). It does not cross I-65, but it closely follows the freeway for a couple of miles. KY 335 passes by Kentucky Down Under and Kentucky Caverns, and then reaches its northern end at US 31W at Rowletts, just south of Munfordville.

History

KY 335 was the original alignment of the Dixie Highway (later US 31W) between Munfordville and Cave City until the 1930s.

gollark: Oh, we had to disable that in most space-time because of people duplicating apioids.
gollark: I bet your proof relied on ridiculous axioms like the "law of the excluded middle" and "peano arithmetic".
gollark: I even had a truth cuboid validate it.
gollark: I checked, though.
