Keith Sonderling
Keith E. Sonderling is an American lawyer and government official. He currently serves as the Deputy Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.[1] He previously served as the Acting Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division.[2][3][4] On July 3, 2019, President Donald J. Trump nominated him to become a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.[5] [6][7] He is currently pending Senate confirmation.[8] Prior to joining the Trump Administration in 2017, he practiced Labor and Employment Law at the Florida based Gunster Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida.[9]
