Kat Reeder

Kat Reeder is a Peruvian-American artist, illustrator and graphic designer whose work is characterized by bright colors and attractive female faces. Her work combines elements of pop art, animation, art nouveau illustration, photography and urban art. Reeder is based in Makaha, HI on the island of Oahu.[1]

Reeder's original paintings and Illustrated prints have shown in galleries in Hawaii, Japan and throughout the American mainland from Southern California to Miami.

Reeder has been called Hawaii's preeminent illustrator, and her client list includes The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, Starwood Hotels, Grammy nominated Singer Raietea Helm, LeSportsac, and Toyota, among others. [2]

Reeder has been featured in local, national and international media outlets for her illustrations and artwork including Hawaii Magazine (U.S. nationwide), Aloha Street Magazine(Hawaii), On The Board Magazine (Japan National), and as a featured interview on J-Wave Japanese National Radio.

In July 2012, Reeder collaborated with LeSportsac Hawaii to launch a line of bags with her designs, exclusively for the Hawaii market.
