Kanasugara

Kanasugara (Kannada: ಕನಸುಗಾರ; English: Dream Man) is a 2001 Indian Kannada language romance-drama film starring V. Ravichandran,[1] Prema and Shashikumar, Hema Choudhary in the lead roles. The film, a remake of Tamil blockbuster film Unnidathil Ennai Koduthen (1998), is directed by Karan and features soundtrack from Rajesh Ramanath. The original version was directed by Vikraman and featured Karthik and Roja in lead roles.

Released on 3 August 2001, the film met with very good positive response at the box-office.[2] Prema won the Filmfare Best Actress award for this film.

Soundtrack

All the songs are composed and scored by Rajesh Ramanath.[3] Almost all the songs are recomposed with the same tunes as in the original Tamil film composed by S. A. Rajkumar except the song "Om Namaha" which was reused from "Kaathoramai Kadhai" from Kannupadapoguthaiya also composed by Rajkumar.
