Junub

Junub (جنب) is an Islamic term meaning ritually impure due to sexual intercourse or seminal discharge. A person in such a state needs to take a bath in order to become ritually pure and be able to perform his prayers.[1] A person while in a state of janaba cannot offer his/her daily salat (prayer) or enter a mosque (even though there is difference of opinion.)

gollark: No.
gollark: So |z+7| is distance to -7, and |z-1| is distance to 1.
gollark: You can think about this easily by considering where it would be zero.
gollark: Same with the -1 except 1 and not -7.
gollark: If you remember transformations of things at all, then the + 7 inside the || is equivalent to translating everything in the direction of negative real component by 7, so it is now the distance from the point (-7, 0) aka -7 instead.
