Julio Herrera (cyclist)

Julio César Herrera (born 28 November 1980) is a male professional track and road cyclist from Venezuela.

Not to be confused with Julio César Herrera.
This article uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Hernández and the second or maternal family name is Gimenez.
