Juan Manuel Arza Muñuzuri
Juan Manuel Arza Muñuzuri (October 17, 1932 – March 15, 2019) was a Spanish politician and lawyer from Navarre. He served as the second President of the Government of Navarre from September 29, 1980, until January 14, 1984.[1][2][3][4]
