Joseph Leean (born March 10, 1942) is a former member of the Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography
Leean was born in Iola, Wisconsin.[1] He attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Western Michigan University. Leean is married with three children.[2]
Career
Leean was first elected to the Senate in 1984, representing the 14th District. He remained a member until 1995, at which time he was succeeded by Robert Welch. Leean is a Republican.
