José Oscar Barahona Castillo
José Oscar Barahona Castillo (November 11, 1938 – October 22, 2016) was a Roman Catholic bishop.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1963, Barahona Castillo served as auxiliary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Vicente, El Salvador, from 1982 to 1983. He then served as diocesan bishop of the San Vincente Diocese from 1983 to 2005.[1]

It is therefore planned to support the color space from ITU-R Recommendation BT.2020 and up to 12 bits of precision per color component. AV1 is primarily intended for lossy encoding, although lossless compression is supported as well.
