Jong Ho Lee

Jong Ho Lee from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for contributions to development and characterization of bulk multiple-gate field effect transistors. The following year he received the Kyung-Ahm Prize in Engineering.
