John Benger (civil servant)
John Benger is a civil servant and the current Clerk of the House of Commons,[1] the principal constitutional adviser to the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, and adviser on all its procedure and business.

Personal life
He attended St Catharine's College, Cambridge,[2] where he read English. He is married and has two sons.
