John Baynes Garforth

John Baynes Garforth[1] was a British Tory politician for a Cumberland constituency.[2]

He was M.P. for Cockermouth from 1780 to 1784; Haslemere from 1784 to 1790[3] and Cockermouth from 1790 and 1800.
