Joaquín Espert

Joaquín Espert Pérez-Caballero (born 11 September 1938) is a Spanish politician and former President of La Rioja between 1987 and 1990.[1][2]

This article uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Espert and the second or maternal family name is Pérez-Caballero.
