Jesse Rothstein

Jesse Rothstein is an economist, and currently Associate Professor of Public Policy and Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2010, he was Chief Economist at the US Department of Labor.[1]

Rothstein was one of the signees of a 2018 amici curiae brief that expressed support for Harvard University in the Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard lawsuit. Other signees of the brief include Alan B. Krueger, Robert M. Solow, George A. Akerlof, Janet Yellen, as well as numerous others.[2]
