Jeff Manookian

Jeff Manookian (born November 24, 1953) is an American pianist, composer, and conductor from Salt Lake City, Utah.[1][2]

Manookian shared 1st prize in the 2017 International Piano Competition of the World Piano Teachers Association[3]. He has been a recipient of commissions by the Barlow Endowment of Brigham Young University[4][5], the Abramyan String Quartet[6] and the National Endowment for the Arts[7]

Manookian has been Music Director of the Theatre Orchestra of Tucumán (Argentina)[8], Intermountain Classical Orchestra (Salt Lake City, Utah)[9], University of Utah Summer Arts Orchestra[10], Westminster Chamber Orchestra (Salt Lake City, Utah)[11], and Artistic Director of the Oratorio Society of Utah (USA)[12].
