College
Foster attended college at Rhode Island. He is a fan of St. Bonaventure basketball and Buffalo Bills football.
Professional career
Upon entering the NFL, he received the second lowest Wonderlic score in NFL history.
Foster signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on December 26, 2013. The Buccaneers released Foster on August 24, 2014.[1] He played in eighteen games for the BC Lions in 2015.[2] He was released by the Lions on February 16, 2016.[3]
