Japan Kumar is an Indian choreographer and actor who works in Tamil-language films.

Career
Japan Kumar worked as an assistant to Prabhu Deva and Raju Sundaram and for a brief period, he garnered fan clubs.[1] He has appeared in several of Prabhu Deva and Raju Sundaram's songs as a background dancer. He acted in the film Pokkiri (2007) as Vijay's friend.[2] He is an executive of the party AIADMK.[3][4]
