James J. McMonagle
James Joseph McMonagle (born 1932) is a retired major general in the United States Marine Corps who served as commanding general of First Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Corps Recruit Depot. He is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame.[1][2][3][4]
