Company history

The company was founded in 1953 by Jack Nadel in Culver City, CA.[3] Current president and CEO, Craig Nadel, started with the company in 1983 and became president in 2006. Marty Nadel was president of the company from 1971 to 2006.[4]

In the 1970s, Jack Nadel began working with companies in both Italy and France, including a licensing deal with Pierre Cardin.[5]

Jack Nadel International created the Marty Nadel Scholarship Fund for children of D.A.R.E. Instructors.[6]

Awards

Current CEO Craig Nadel was voted one of the Best Bosses of 2011 by the industry trade association, Promotional Products Association International.[7]

Won award for Best Client Promotion in 2010 from the Advertising Specialty Institute for Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa promotion.[8]

Gold Award from PPAI Publications in 2012 for best Business-To-Business Programs.[9]

Won Sweda Company’s Case Study Challenge grand prize in 2011 for their “Etch A Sketch Holiday Mailer”.[10]

Named No. 16 of ASI Central's Top 40 Distributors 2018[11]
