Jacinto P. Elpa National High School
Jacinto P. Elpa National High School (JPENHS) (formerly known as Tandag Provincial High School) is a secondary public high school located in Capitol Hills, Telaje, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. Philippines. It was established in 1964.[1]
