JMH FZCO is a privately owned business with a turnover in excess of $600 million,[1]

Group activities

Currently, the group's activities comprise two main divisions:

  • Construction – The group operates in the construction sector through Fosroc.[2] Fosroc is the foundation of the JMH FZCO and has doubled in turnover since 2002. It has over 1700 employees in 17 operating companies based in Europe, the Gulf and Middle East, India, South Asia, and China.[3]
  • Lifestyle – The group operates in this sector through JHM Lifestyle. JMH Lifestyle is a luxury group with a portfolio of brands in the lifestyle and fashion sectors: Bernard Weatherill, Ray Ward and Haywards Guns.[4]
